The instructions were clear, a low maintenance landscape was required. the front drive way needed to accommodate two cars and feature a slope towards the front door with no steps. This was particularly important as wheel chair access was required.
Article 4
The house is situated in an area subject to ‘article 4’ and following the correct guidelines was critical. This posed a challenge as planning permission was required. PietraPave’s PietraPerm met the requirements; due to its permeability it was passed straight away by the local authorities making it the perfect choice. This ecologically sensitive option helped move the project forward with minimum delays.
